WHAT’S THE DELIVERY EMAIL ABOUT?
This email provides SIMPLE step-by-step instructions to install and activate the software so you can start your analysis and design work right away.
DETAILS OF THE DELIVERY EMAIL INCLUDE:
YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER – We call it your “KW number”.
YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD – Used with your KW number.
YOUR PRODUCT CONTROL CODE (PCC) – The software “key” that allows you to activate the software on your computer(s). It contains your company name, the quantity of seats you subscribed for, and subscription expiration date.
HOW-TO INFOΒ – Includes details on accessing the ENERCALC cloud, managing your account, where to find documentation, how to connect with support, etc.
You will also receive a receipt email for your purchase. It will arrive separately from your delivery email.
