PAUSE your ENERCALC Subscription

What happens after you ask us to PAUSE your subscription:
  • Your subscription is PAUSED in our billing software so that you will not be charged again UNTIL you ask us to RESUME your subscription.
  • Your access to the software will continue until your subscription expiration date. The PAUSE takes place upon subscription expiration.
  • Your access to the software will PAUSE at “end of day” on your subscription expiration date.
  • You will not lose any data.
  • We do not offer partial refunds of unused subscription payments.
  • If you manage multiple sites with multiple KW numbers, you must submit a form for each KW number. You may also email Jennifer at info@enercalc.com and tell her specifically what you want to cancel and she can handle it for you (much easier for you).
What happens if I reactivate later?
  • After payment, you will regain access to use the software during the resumed subscription period.
  • Monthly subscriptions will resume as they were – renewing automatically on a monthly basis.
  • Annual subscriptions will resume as they were – renewing automatically on an annual basis. 
  • A PAUSED subscription will retain its pricing for 90 days. RESUMING on or after 90 days will cause your subscription to use our then-current pricing.
