Cancel your ENERCALC Subscription

What happens after you request a subscription cancellation:
  • Your subscription is cancelled in our billing software so that you will not be charged again.
  • Your access to the software will continue until your subscription expiration date.
  • Your access to the software will end after your subscription expiration date.
  • We do not offer partial refunds of unused subscription payments.
  • If you manage multiple sites with multiple KW numbers, you must submit a form for each KW number. You may also email Jennifer at info@enercalc.com and tell her specifically what you want to cancel and she can handle it for you.
What happens if I reactivate later?
  • You will regain access to use the software during the subscription period.
  • A new or reactivated subscription will use our then-current pricing.
What do I do if I was charged and don’t think I should have been?
Email info@enercalc.com and tell us what happened. We are not in the business of taking (or keeping) people’s $ fraudulently. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it. Jen knows to take care of you how we would want to be taken care of – including refunds. If you dispute the charge, the banks take the process out of our (and your) hands. It’s faster to ask Jen what’s up and let her fix it.
