Cancel your ENERCALC Subscription

What happens after you request a subscription cancellation:
  • Your subscription is cancelled in our billing software so that you will not be charged again.
  • Your access to the software will continue through the end of the day on your subscription’s expiration date.
  • We do not offer partial refunds of unused subscription payments.
What happens if I reactivate later?
  • You will regain access to use the software via a new subscription term.
  • A new or reactivated subscription will use our then-current pricing.
What do I do if I was charged and don’t think I should have been?

Email info@enercalc.com and tell us what happened. We are not in the business of taking (or keeping) people’s $ fraudulently.

If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it. Jen will take care of you as we would want to be taken care of – including refunds. If you dispute the charge, the banks take the process out of our (and your) hands. The banks and Stripe view a disputed card charge as you accusing us of fraud. Not kidding.

 
Bottom line: It’s faster and easier to ask Jen what’s up and let her fix it.
 
What if we have multiple sites, ie: multiple KW numbers?

If you manage multiple sites with multiple KW numbers, it’s easier if you to email Jennifer at info@enercalc.com and tell her specifically what you want to cancel and she can handle it for you. That is typically easier than filling out multiple forms here with each of your KW numbers. Let us make it easy for you.

 

 

Pause your subscription instead?

If you’re a monthly subscriber and will be coming back but you don’t need the software this month, you can pause your subscription for up to 90 days.

What’s the benefit? You keep your locked in price if you reactivate within 90 days. If you reactivate after the 90th day, your price will be our current pricing as noted here on the site. CLICK HERE to pause your subscription.
