WHAT IS ENERCALC OFFICE HOURS?

ENERCALC Office Hours is your monthly refresher on all things ENERCALC.

Office Hours is held live monthly, and it is open to all – whether or not you’re an active ENERCALC subscriber.

HOSTED BY PEs/SEs WITH 6 TO 20 YEARS OF DESIGN PRACTICE USING ENERCALC

These sessions are held by our in-house licensed structural engineers, all of whom have from 6 to 20+ years of experience using ENERCALC in design practice.

Each month, our structural engineers carefully prepare the material to discuss including:

Discuss what’s new in ENERCALC
Demonstrate specific calculation modules
How to optimize design workflows
Answer questions submitted in advance
Review verification of hand-calc examples
Answer live questions from attendees

LIVE INTERACTION WITH OUR ENGINEERING TEAM

Office Hours provides an additional means of interacting with our structural engineers, and allows our structural engineers to share tips, insights, and answer frequently asked questions in a live environment with our users (and others). Office Hours is not meant to replace technical support.

PREPARED QUESTIONS

You can submit your questions to officehours@enercalc.com in advance and our engineers will try to include them in the presentation as well as provide you with a response via email.

If a question requires troubleshooting and more extensive discussion that’s better suited for our technical support team, then the question should be emailed to support@enercalc.com.
