We offer a 30 day refund policy for annual subscription initial orders. Recurring charges are not refundable.
Our use of the term “seats” means “users active at one time”. For example, 1 active user in the cloud plus 1 active user using software installed on their computer equals “2 seats”.
You may subscribe to a different number of seats of ENERCALC for Revit than you have for ENERCALC SEL. For example, if you have 5 seats of ENERCALC SEL, you can purchase a 2 seat subscription to ENERCALC for Revit.
