Our team has grown 4X since August 2022.
We’ve added several experienced structural engineers – all of whom have 6-10 years of analysis & design practice using ENERCALC. We also added several developers in each of 2023, 2024, and 2025.
While we’re never in a rush to hire right at any given moment, we’re always looking for amazing people who can make our team even better. If you’re that person – we’ll find a place for you.
Expectations
- Engineers: The ideal candidate typically has their PE or PE/SE, plus 5 or more years of experience using ENERCALC in a design role.
- Software developers: The ideal candidate is an experienced Typescript developer.

ENGINEERING SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
You’ll be developing new products and software enhancements, doing technical and code research, and occasionally may assist with technical support. Programming familiarity highly desirable for development of solution algorithms. We strive to be the software company people want to work for and never leave and we hire with that in mind.
The experience desired for this role has 2 levels:
- Required: You have at least 3 years of Typescript development experience and are well-versed in developing for deployment in production environments.
- Really nice to have: You have at least 3 years of Typescript development experience and are well-versed in developing for deployment in production environments. In addition, you are familiar with ENERCALC software, have at least five years varied structural design experience, and hold a PE or SE in at least one US state. Yes, we know this combination is rare.
