Analysis Results > Surface Spring Reactions displays the following dialog.  

 

 

 

It allows you to view surface spring reactions for each load combination.  The reactions for each surface spring include three force components SRx, SRy and SRz.  You have the option to view the reactions for the selected surface springs only.
