Installer says My PCC is Expired?

 

Your PCC was sent in an email to the contact on file when your subscription was initiated.  If you have an annual subscription, that PCC can be used for the full year.  But if you chose a monthly subscription, that PCC is only valid for a month.  At that time, the system automatically updates your PCC internally.  But if you have saved the delivery email with the initial PCC, and if you are trying to use it to install or re-install after that first month, you will receive some messages to the effect that the PCC you are using has expired.  Don’t worry.  At that time, you can contact us or use the automated system: https://order.enercalc.com/Users/ExistingUsers to request your current PCC.
