ENERCALC supports a registry entry to disable our app's use of the proxy (even if the proxy is configured in Windows).
The registry key is in the same location as the rest of our proxy values (HKCU/Software/ENERCALC/V20/Updates). The RegSZ value name is ProxyDisabled.
If HKCU/Software/ENERCALC/V20/Updates/ProxyDisabled = 1, the proxy code in our app will be bypassed. You can test this by starting the app using /ProxyDisabled on the command line (ie: open command prompt, cd to \program files (x86)\Enercalc_20\ and then type ENERCALC /proxydisabled and press enter).
