Can't Access the Latest Update

I know that my Maintenance & Support Plan is current (or my subscription is active), so why won't the system let me install the latest update?

 

If you are still using Build 12, be sure to install build 20.xx.xx.xx.  That change requires an installation, not just an update.
 
If you are on build 20.xx.xx.xx and are still having trouble, the most common reason is that you have not pasted your most recent Product Control Code (PCC) into the software.  When you renew your subscription you receive a new PCC that contains your new expiration date.  Without the correct date, the program cannot properly grant you access to the latest Allowed Version.

 

To correct this, simply locate the (latest) delivery email (or ask for a resend), and follow the instructions contained therein.
