In situations where multiple rows of anchors are used on each side of the column, how does the module calculate anchor forces due to applied moment?

A single value of tension in all bolts is calculated using a moment arm to the centroid of the rows of bolts.  Then that tension is divided by the number of bolts in those rows.  The force is not specific to each row of bolts; i.e. bolts further from the column center do NOT receive greater tension.
