Why does ENERCALC SE occasionally display "WebGL not supported, using CPU" and then stall when launched in Chrome?

Chrome has a setting to "Use hardware acceleration when available," and this setting needs to be turned on for ENERCALC SE to function properly.  To check your setting, click the 3-dots button called "Customize and control Google Chrome" to the right of the URL line.  Scroll to the bottom and click the option to "Show advanced settings".  Scroll down to the section labeled "System" and be sure the option to "Use hardware acceleration when available" is selected.

Why does ENERCALC SE only allow me to create one PDF when launched in Chrome?

Some users have commented about a behavior that allows them to print only one PDF in a session launched in Chrome.  This can be resolved as follows:

1.  Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > View permissions and data stored across sites.

2.  In the Search field, type "fra".

3.  The list should show "fra.me" at the top.

4.  Click the down arrow.

5.  Find app.fra.me at the top of the list, and click the right arrow.

6.  Scroll down through the permissions list and set the Automatic downloads permission to Allow.

7.  Close Chrome.

8.  Launch Chrome and log in to ENERCALC SE as normal.
