Server Can't be Reached

When I try to “Internet Activate” it says the server can’t be reached.  What does this mean?

 

This is caused by the SEL being unable to contact our activation server.  Verify that you have an Internet connection. Check your firewall and anti-virus software to verify that www.enercalc.com and enercalc.net (not www.enercalc.net) are permitted/trusted.  Be aware that builds 10.19 and later use HTTPS to activate, which requires using the domain name (enercalc.net) rather than the IP address.
